Salary: 50,000 - 50,000 GBP per year Requirements:
* We require candidates to have a Level 5 qualification (or higher) in a relevant subject area, such as an HND in Computing or Information Technology. Additionally, you should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing an IT Service Management Team, along with at least three years of experience in an enterprise network environment with a minimum of 100 endpoints (desktop and mobile) across multiple sites. Expertise in user management—including Office 365 licensing and security, helpdesk and asset management, file and data management (including O365 SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams), as well as software license management—is essential.
Responsibilities:
* Your primary role will be to assist the Head of ICT and Network Systems in developing a coherent ICT strategy for our organization. You will support policy formulation regarding ICT services and lead the establishment of a high-performance team to ensure the effective realization of our vision and policies. This includes establishing, implementing, and monitoring targets and objectives. You will manage and develop all aspects of our ICT, maintain and regularly review Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery documentation, and ensure that disaster recovery testing is carried out as required. Additionally, you will act as the technical lead on user account management, user services provision, helpdesk management, and security maintenance for our vital systems.
