Role Overview
As a Registered Care Manager, you will oversee the delivery of our complex and domiciliary care services, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements. You will lead a team of dedicated care professionals and work closely with clients and their families to provide tailored care plans.
Key Responsibilities
* Leadership: Manage and inspire a team of care staff, fostering a positive and supportive working environment.
* Quality Assurance: Ensure all care services meet or exceed regulatory standards and company policies.
* Care Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to the individual needs of clients.
* Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and ensure all practices comply with CQC standards.
* Client Liaison: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals.
* Training and Development: Oversee the training and continuous professional development of care staff.

Qualifications and Skills
Experience: Proven experience in a managerial role within domiciliary or complex care.
* Education: Relevant qualifications in health and social care management (e.g., NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or working towards it)
* Registration: Must be a registered manager with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
* Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
* Empathy: A genuine passion for providing high-quality care and supporting individuals with complex needs.
* Technology: Proficiency in using care management software and general IT skills.
