You will be making sure that all training records are full and completed for all learners to ensure they are effective in their role and the most important making sure training material meet the CAA Quality Assurance Framework. In this exciting role you will also look into developing the DFT training syllabus and making sure we are always improving the standards and performances of the security team with the support of the leaders and management. Delivery of Aviation Security GSO Courses, GSS Courses, ASM Courses, Initial and Recurrent Training, NXCT, Computer Based Training and GSAT Courses Delivery of all security training as required and ensure all certificates associated with this training are supplied to HR files Oversee and deliver On Job Training Auditing and monitoring of officers and supervisors performance Assisting with disciplinary procedures Assisting with interviews in the recruitment process What are we looking for?
