Support Worker (Band 2 to 3 Development Role)
This is an exciting developmental opportunity from a Band 2 Support Worker to a Band 3 Senior Support Worker.
You will be part of a team supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, and complex health needs in the services they access and their wider community.
The service comprises of four individual flats to empower the people we support to live independently and enjoy a variety of activities, while also ensuring their physical and mental well-being.
If you are a caring and compassionate person and like the idea of advocating for those who may not be able to advocate for themselves, this job will give you great satisfaction in knowing that you are part of a team that enjoys working with others and is caring, enthusiastic, and keen to develop their skills and knowledge.
