Our client is a Construction Company within the High End Residential Refurbishment & interior fit out sectors. They are a respected Company who are building themselves an enviable reputation within the construction industry. Having sustained growth over a number of years, they are now in a position to potentially increase their turnover consistently over the next 5 years. In order to support this growth, they are now looking to add an assistant / intermediate level Quantity Surveyor. Previous experience of estimating and procurement would be beneficial for this role. In this role the individual will be responsible for commercially managing a number of projects from inception including the tendering and then upon successful award when they will then carry out of the quantity surveying to practical completion thus ensuring continuity on each contract. This role could also suit an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor who is looking to work in a dynamic environment and for the next step in their career.
Previous experience of the Interior Fit Out, Refurbishment and Interiors sectors would be beneficial.
