Senior Property Manager required to join an independent and growing Commercial Property Consultancy, based from their Birmingham or London office. This consultancy specializes in property management, asset management, leasing, and investment across a diverse commercial real estate portfolio. With a focus on shopping centres, retail parks, office, and mixed-use schemes, their portfolio spans key locations across the UK. They currently have over 90 staff and 5 offices across the UK with continued growth plans.
The Senior Property Manager will be responsible for managing a diverse property portfolio, serving as the primary contact for clients and occupiers while delivering tailored, strategic advice aligned with their objectives. The role ensures strong financial management, fosters client relationships, participates in business initiatives, and contributes to growth through local networking and market expertise. Additionally, the Senior Property Manager actively supports team development by mentoring junior staff, promoting best practices, and staying informed on industry trends and regulations.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 (possibly more for the right candidate)

Job Overview:
• Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring effective client and occupier engagement.

Job Requirements:
• Must have previous commercial property management experience
• Full UK driver's license
• Happy to travel when needed
• Good tenure and seeking a permanent position
• MRICS qualified desirable but not essential
• Service Charge experience
• Based within commuting distance of Birmingham or London
• Experience managing client relationships
