Provanhall Housing Association (PHA) is seeking a Repairs and Asset Manager to join our team with our current Manager leaving for a promoted post with another landlord. If you have management experience in building maintenance, asset management, or housing and are passionate about delivering high-quality services, we want to hear from you!
As Repairs and Asset Manager, you will be responsible for the operational management of your team of three staff. You will support the team to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of repairs, voids, compliance, forecasting, reporting, contractor procurement and management and a large capital expenditure programme over the next five years (of around £1mn per annum) in our estate of around 530 homes in Easterhouse.
As Repairs and Asset Manager you will lead the team to deliver cost-effective and customer-focused services, ensuring all mandatory and statutory requirements are met while identifying areas for continuous improvement. You will work closely with our Finance Officer, Director and external Finance Partner to ensure our expenditure is in line with our plans.
You will be passionate about tenant safety and ensure that we are fully compliant with all mandatory and statutory requirements and will be proactive in seeking efficiency, be able to identify and drive areas for improvement and use data to inform how we shape our services in both the short and longer term.

* A qualified technical background linked with extensive trade experience or management experience in a relevant sector

* Strong people management skills with a proven track record of supporting others with their own personal development
* The ability to set clear direction for the team and work collaboratively with other colleagues to achieve the best outcome for our tenants
