Senior User Experience Researcher The Role To lead the research activities across different product teams and on our varied products, taking responsibility for defining the insights to drive product and design decisions, ensuring it meets the needs of our external users and internal Media Planners. What you will do: • Own full responsibility for the management of research, including proposal writing, methodology development, questionnaire writing, data analysis, interpretation of results and delivery to lead user research for the product development team • Define the best methods for delivering research insights, and how these are traced throughout the project lifecycle • Prepare research protocols including tools, structures, interview templates and supporting materials • Create insight advertisement opportunities by utilising both qualitative and quantitative data • Lead and facilitate design workshops and testing sessions, to gather insights and help drive design and product decisions within the team • Collaborate with User Designer colleagues to integrate user research into prototyping, testing and delivering final design compositions • Champion the benefits of user research to the wider internal stakeholders to make engagement with user research data simple for non-experts. • Mentor other colleagues and team members on how embed research in their daily activities • Lead the synthesis process from in-field synthesis to the final research report; identifying themes and insights, finding synergies, connections, and patterns to guide design • Manage the ideation process building on research insights • Keep abreast of industry standards and developments within user research to stay informed and ahead of the competition. • Maintain all required skills & complete necessary training and act in line with our values and Code of Business What you need • 6 years as a user researcher • Basic UX design knowledge • Agency/Consultancy and in house experience • Experience in collaboration and Communication tools (Slack, Miro, Figjam, Jira, Microsoft Office)
