Locum Consultant post - Fixed-term for 12 months.
Working full time: 10 sessions per week.
The successful candidate will be a 10 PA Consultant appointment in Dermatology. The appointee will be expected to integrate within the team of existing Consultants in order to provide a complete dermatology service. All the consultants undertake general and skin cancer clinics, minor ops, and do tele-dermatology sessions (once a month - with a capped number of patients). There is a rota for ward referrals and triage.
Clinic template size will comply with numbers advised by the British Association of Dermatologists. The successful candidate will be encouraged to develop their own specialist interest. We would particularly welcome a candidate who wishes to develop a specialist interest in paediatric dermatology.

Qualifications & Skills
* Full GMC Registration
* Entry on GMC Specialist Register. CCT/CESR for Dermatology – or date within 6 months of appointment
* Interest in developing a specialist interest – particularly in pediatrics
Teaching & Training Experience
* Experience /Interest teaching
* Training the Trainers Course
* Other Teaching skill Courses or qualifications
Disclosure and Barring Service Check
