Due to rapid growth, we are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team. The role involves identifying and converting potential outbound opportunities before passing them on to sales managers for conversion, utilising strong product knowledge. By offering flexible financing solutions and prioritising exceptional service, they help businesses succeed. Description Actively identifying and converting outbound opportunities. Using strong product knowledge to sell a range of services through own book and partner funders. Generating new leads through stock lists. Managing inbound client calls. Handling aspects of account management, including updating client details, booking callbacks, and developing pipelines. Liaising with internal departments such as customer service and sales managers to share business information and support customers. Profile Strong communication skills. Highly driven and motivated. Ability to work well under pressure. Confident working both collaboratively and independently. Strong problem-solving skills. Potential to relocate in 2-3 years.
