We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team in managing daily administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel and possess strong organisational skills.
Responsibilities:
1. Perform general administrative duties to support office operations.
2. Manage clerical tasks such as typing and filing.
3. Exhibit excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
4. Prior experience in administrative roles.
5. Ability to type efficiently and accurately.
6. Strong organisational skills to manage office tasks.
Working Hours:
Monday - Thursday 7.30-4.30pm and Friday 7.30-1.30pm. Hours negotiable within this time period.
Job Details:
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.50-£13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 16 per week plus holiday cover.
