Job Purpose
* Oversee audits for a diverse portfolio of clients, leading engagements from planning to completion
* Allocate audit work across the audit department, monitoring team performance to ensure service excellence
* Preparation and review of statutory accounts
* Work closely with clients to build trusted relationships, being the go-to for support
* Deliver a strong commercial awareness, reviewing opportunities for fee development
* Confidently present work to Partners, completing files to a high standard
* Underpin audit and accounts matters with current legislation and compliance
* Mentor an audit team, supporting with their development and reviewing work
* Set an example as a professional yet personable Manager
* Represent the firm at networking opportunities, tapping into your own network

The Successful Applicant
* ACA / ACCA?qualified or part-qualified
* At least 3 years' post-qualification experience
* Strong technical skillset across audit and general accounting
* Experience managing a team within practice
* Excellent work ethic, with a drive to deliver knowledge
* Self-motivated, reliable and eager to progress
* Highly organised, with the ability to meet deadlines
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Good awareness of current affairs
* A can-do attitude towards problem solving
* Strong commercial acumen
