Job Title: SEN Tutor Job Duties: Provide one-to-one support and tailored educational guidance to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) Develop individualised learning plans based on students' needs and goals Implement specialised teaching strategies to support students' learning and development Monitor and track progress, adjusting teaching methods as necessary Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure holistic support for students Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Experience: Experience working with students with SEN in an educational setting Demonstrated ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of different learning styles and strategies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build a positive and supportive learning environment Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification in Special Educational Needs (SEN) Additional training in specific learning difficulties or disabilities Working Conditions: Part-time hours, flexible schedule May require travel within the Oxfordshire area £20 - £30 per hour All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
