About the Opportunity:
We are looking for a Marketing Cloud Specialist to help power our student communication strategy. In this hands-on role, you’ll lead the technical delivery of email and multichannel campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud – including email, SMS, WhatsApp, and more.
You’ll manage audience segmentation, dynamic content, and responsive email templates, ensuring data flows smoothly across platforms to create personalised and impactful student experiences. Working closely with colleagues across marketing and student communications, you’ll help bring strategic plans to life and enhance every touchpoint in the student journey.

Essential requirements:
* Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a similar enterprise-level marketing automation platform
* Skilled in building email templates, audience segmentation, dynamic content, and executing multichannel campaigns
* Solid understanding of CRM systems, ideally Salesforce
* Strong grasp of email marketing best practices, A/B testing, and lead conversion processes
* Confident working to a brief and translating business needs into practical marketing automation tasks
* Excellent organisational and time management skills, able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
* Familiarity with lead scoring or AI-powered lead prioritisation tools
Desirable requirements:
* Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud features such as Email Studio, Advertising Studio, and Interaction Studio
* Experience with multichannel strategies (e.g. SMS, WhatsApp)
* HTML/CSS skills for building/editing email templates
* Knowledge of Salesforce CRM, data integration, and system syncing with Marketing Cloud
* Experience using SQL for data management and campaign optimisation
* Background in content management systems (CMS)
* Strong project and change management capabilities
