This dynamic role covers all adult clinical specialities, responding to ward escalation and operational demands to ensure wards and departments receive the support they need when they need it.

This role is only suitable for nurses already registered with the NMC with previous general acute experience.

You’ll receive up to 2 weeks of specialist training prior to the team going live, including supernumerary time in areas you may not have worked in before to build your confidence, knowledge and skills.
Areas of specialist training including: respiratory care, emergency care, cardiac care, oncology, care of the elderly, enhanced therapeutic care/mental health.
