Experience of a CRM system helpful not essential Organised with a high attention to detail Happy to participate in sales and strategy meetings Organise hospitality during client visits Competent use of MS Office Happy to help with development of website and social media marketing and development of ideas. Ensure Technical documents from clients are logged accurately onto the Sales Database Organise travel for the sales and process departments Liaise with the companies’ international offices Communication with international clients via phone Teams and email Ensure bids/estimate signoffs are attained in line with procedures Help support training for departments apprentice administrator.
