As Assistant Treasury Manager for this global omni-channel communications business, you will be heavily involved in moving current bank accounts across to a new HSBC platform. Ideally, you will have the ability to think outside of Treasury and have experience in other functions that impact and are connected directly to Treasury activities.
You will be driven and adaptable to continuous change through either systems or growth and will support the Treasury Manager in all areas.
Responsibilities:
1. Bank administration tasks - fill in, review, monitor progress of forms to move all bank accounts across to the HSBC platform, covers UK & Global.
2. Complete Factoring files on a weekly basis across countries - report and excel driven.
3. Liaising with Credit Agricole on setting up new debtors and reviewing credit limits.
4. Reviewing of credit limits and guarantees.
5. Loan reconciliations.
6. Blackline Balance sheet reconciliation loads (loans).
7. Processing of journals.
8. Clearing of payments on accounts and monitoring progress.
9. Ad hoc tasks.
10. Monitoring daily bank balances input.
11. Cover for cash forecasts.
12. Cover for Treasury Manager.
Skills set:
1. Advanced excel skills.
2. Articulate and professional in written and verbal correspondence.
