Client: Our client is an award-winning main contractor in the UK, known for being one of the best companies in the industry, especially for staff wellbeing and progression opportunities. This is work in their fit-out division on a £90m refurbishment scheme.
Position: Site Admin / PA / Office Manager
The PA will be reporting to the Senior team. The PA position is a very important role in the business, providing PA and administration support to those who work at Operations Team level on the project.
PA Duties:
1. The PA will be the first point of contact for our visitors, so will need to do the “meet and greet” role, offer refreshments, and advise the team of their arrival.
2. Arranging meetings, meeting room bookings, and refreshments.
3. Support the senior management team with drafting PowerPoint and other similar presentations for meetings with clients and consultants.
4. Undertake day-to-day typing, photocopying/scanning, binding documents, and printing and laminating.
5. Preparation for meetings and typing minutes.
6. Manage and maintain the electronic holiday system.
7. Help to keep the office and meeting rooms tidy throughout the day.
8. Manage the meeting rooms.
9. Support the document controller.
