Assistant Headteacher
Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum - dependent on experience
Location: Newbury, Berkshire
Contract: Permanent Term Time Only
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm including 1x 5pm finish

Teaching Personnel are working with a great Alternative provision school for pupils aged 6-16 based in Newbury. Due to growth in the school, they are recruiting for an Assistant Head to join their dedicated team.
About the role
This role as an Assistant Headteacher requires a strong background in any of the following areas: Behaviour and Attitudes, Quality Of Education, or Personal Development. The successful candidate will be passionate about building secure relationships with young people and will have the ability to motivate and develop staff in a team that prides itself on being collaborative and supportive.
The Assistant Headteacher will:

Essential Qualifications:
* UK QTS or equivalent
* Experience of working with a multi-professional team
* Experience of managing staff
