Main Responsibilities Perform thorough manual testing of website features, covering both front and back-end systems. Test software features and bug fixes against defined specifications. Understand user experience (UX) and be proficient at testing use cases from an end-user’s perspective. Test web responsiveness and compatibility across various devices, operating systems, and browsers. Apply manual testing methodologies and techniques to identify, reproduce, and document issues. Collaborate with developers, UX designers, and other team members to clarify requirements. Support other team members by troubleshooting feature-related questions or issues. Maintain and update testing documentation for processes, procedures, tools, and workflows. Key Skills & Experience: Proven experience in a similar role. Experience in writing comprehensive test cases, test scenarios, and test plans. Basic understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Good knowledge of SQL for writing and executing basic queries to validate data. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Work well independently and as part of a team. Demonstrate a proactive and detail-oriented mindset, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results. The Ideal Candidate: 3 years of manual testing experience in an e-commerce environment. Experience testing web applications and backend systems, preferably with exposure to frameworks like Django. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and UI/UX designers. Experience using version control systems like Git/GitHub. Package Description: Basic salary up to £40,000.
