ROLE SUMMARY
1. We are for looking someone with broad knowledge but not specialist in App support and infrastructure.
2. Applications, End User Support.
3. Responsible for the efficient operation and support of applications within the Mechanical Design Department at MBDA UK.
4. Specializing in, identifying, and solving problems and advising users
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Support Engineer will:
5. Provide extensive end user support for Mechanical Design application at MBDA (UK) for over 3000+ users.
6. Be responsible for delivering support across 3 UK sites – Stevenage, Bolton, and Filton.
7. Assist MBDA (UK) in the definition of best practice and processes associated with Mechanical Design applications.

40. Knowledge of deploying Creo Parametric/Office PDF workers.
41. Awareness of Creo Parametric / Creoview.
42. CREO Illustrate
Windows 10 OS / Windows Server OS – 2012 onwards.
43. Must have strong Windows OS administration knowledge.
