This operational role will focus on Events International’s hospitality offerings. Events International are an official hospitality provider for some of the UK’s biggest sporting events and concerts. Focusing on 5 star service with options for luxury accommodation and VIP tickets we offer the best seats and hospitality packages. Working with a great team, an exciting range of partners and events, this is a truly exciting opportunity. What you will be doing: Event Planning & Execution: Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of high-profile events from concept to completion, ensuring all aspects are delivered on time. Client Liaison: Act as the point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and expectations, and ensuring consistent communication throughout the event planning process. Team Leadership: Guide and mentor junior staff as well as freelance and event staff, ensuring that the team works cohesively and efficiently to deliver exceptional events. Supplier Management: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers & partners, and coordinate logistics to ensure the successful delivery of all event components. On-Site Event Management: Lead & support event delivery, including setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring smooth operations and immediate problem-solving as needed. Post-Event Reporting: Conduct post-event evaluations, gather client feedback, and prepare comprehensive reports to assess the success of events and identify areas for improvement. What we are looking for: The Senior Events Executive is an experienced event professional with a passion for teamwork and going above and beyond. They have a consistent track record handling external suppliers and coordinating events to achieve excellence. Highly motivated event professional with outstanding communication, organisational, and time management skills. A strong attention to detail with a ‘can do ‘ attitude Meticulous multi-tasker with a shown ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously. Strong relationship builder, adept at collaborating with diverse teams at all levels. Proficient in Microsoft Office, with expertise in Excel and PowerPoint. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally. Passion for sports, particularly rugby, F1, football, horse racing, tennis, and golf (desired). Thrives in a fast-paced environment, meeting concurrent deadlines with a smile. Creative flair is a plus. A valid driving license is required for this role, as travel to various event locations will be necessary.
