The Role As Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the business, ensuring robust financial control, and providing strategic insights to support decision-making. Key responsibilities include: Preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Overseeing cash flow management and financial controls Supporting project cost analysis and reporting Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and accounting standards Managing and mentoring a small finance team About You The successful candidate will have: Qualified or Qualified Accountant status (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) Proven experience as a Finance Manager or Senior Management Accountant A background in construction, civil engineering, or a related sector Strong commercial awareness and the ability to partner with operational teams Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills What's on Offer?
