We are looking for a dynamic receptionist to join our theatre administration team at North Tyneside to help deal with day to day enquiries. Someone who has good communication and organisational skills when dealing with all members of the MDT. Supporting the nursing and medical staff on a daily basis. Will be expected to submit audit data and manage own workload within the department. Using several digital platforms to ensure the correct data is collected and updated on a regular basis. Also works alongside teams external to the department to ensure high standards of patient care are delivered.

Assisting in the general efficient running of the theatre reception providing office support to all specialities within the theatre department. Office duties include answering telephone calls and queries, filing and photocopying. Also maintains stock of printed forms and relevant documentation for the theatre department. Will be asked to collect and submit data for audit and be proficient at using the theatre Sapphire data base.
