* Salary: £46,840 - £53,602 Per annum

Job Overview: This is a key post within the Executive Directorate, providing full business/project management support across the function and leading and directing the provision of a highly complex range of general management duties. The post holder will support the Chief of Staff with the smooth running of corporate business and will engage with staff and external stakeholders at all levels of seniority. Therefore, the post holder will be required to communicate, negotiate and influence to ensure that high priority business objectives are achieved.
Qualifications And/or Knowledge:
* Educated to Masters Level, or possessing equivalent knowledge, training and experience, including health service management, change management.
* Possess or be working towards ILM level 4 qualification.
* Detailed knowledge of health and social care structures, policy and governance frameworks.
* Knowledge of project management processes.
* Evidence of continuing professional development.
Experience:
* Experience and proven track record of operating in a senior management or strategic development role within a health and or social care environment.
* Experience of effective partnership working with other agencies, third sector and stakeholders.
* A proven track record of dealing with highly complicated situations.
* Evidence of successfully influencing senior managers and other professionals.
Aptitude And Abilities, Skills:
* Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to build and sustain relationships at all levels.
* Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
