Job Description
A pro-active, professional, and discreet Executive Assistant is required to manage the CEO’s busy diary and all aspects of his day-to-day affairs.
Key Accountabilities
* Management of CEO’s diary
* Ensuring CEO is fully briefed & prepared for all meetings
* Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
* Travel planning - domestic & foreign
* Managing CEO’s vehicles, including scheduling MOT inspection, service etc. and liaising with his driver to arrange diaries/travel as required
* Administrative support to the CEO in managing his portfolio of businesses and properties.
* Maintaining absolute discretion and confidentiality in respect of all aspects of personal data and corporate confidential information.
Administrative support to CEO – to include:
* Management of diary including arrangement of meetings
* Composing and preparing correspondence on behalf of the CEO
* Running minor errands for the CEO upon request.
* Meeting secretariat duties – e.g. publishing agendas, distribution of board packs & committee packs, taking minutes, tracking outstanding actions, administrative tasks and helping with formatting of slide decks.

Knowledge & Qualifications
* 3+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant.
* Proficient in MS Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
* Experience working in a regulated financial services organisation, or other corporate professional services environment, would be strongly preferred.
