Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced EHS and Facilities Manager to oversee our environmental, health, and safety programs and manage facility operations. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with regulations, promoting a safe workplace, and maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in EHS practices and facilities management, with excellent leadership and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies and procedures in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance. Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and the implementation of corrective actions. Provide EHS training and resources to employees to promote a culture of safety and awareness. Monitor and report on EHS performance metrics and compliance status. Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies during inspections or audits. Facilities Management Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of all company facilities. Develop and manage the facilities budget, including maintenance, repairs, and capital improvements. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for facility services, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness. Implement and oversee preventive maintenance programs to ensure facility safety and functionality. Manage space planning and utilization to optimize operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Facilities Management, or a related field. 3 years of experience in EHS management and facilities operations, preferably in medical device. Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and best practices. Proficiency in facilities management software and EHS tracking systems. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with all levels of the organization. Certifications such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Occupational Health and Safety Technologist (OHST), or Certified Facility Manager (CFM) are a plus.
