As the Personal Assistant within the Chief Executive & General Secretary, President and Chair’s office, you will use your positive attitude and your exceptional PA skills to support the Executive office.
In this varied role every day will be filled with possibilities.
You will assist and support the office to provide a high level, comprehensive and professional service supporting the Chief Executive & General Secretary, President, Deputy President, Chair and Vice Chair of Council and the Chief of Staff.
Through the provision of efficient and effective secretarial and administrative duties we'll look to you to make arrangements for meetings and travel, draft correspondence and be the first point of contact for the office. It's a great way to build on your skills and experience and develop your potential.
To join this busy office you'll need proven diary management, communication and exceptional organisation skills and ideally a background within relevant areas such as administrative, secretarial or personal assistant roles.
