If so, this SEN Teaching Assistant role in a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Barnet could be your ideal next step. We are seeking an experienced and compassionate SEN TA with a specialism in challenging behaviours to support pupils across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. The school has a strong focus on emotional wellbeing and resilience, and works hard to provide a nurturing environment where every child feels understood and supported. This is a part-time, permanent position suited to someone who can bring energy, empathy, and effective behaviour strategies to the classroom. You will be working closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and a wider team of professionals to support students in accessing learning and reaching their full potential.
