Exciting opportunity at our client’s dealership in Staines for a Car Retail Manager to join their sales team. You will provide support to the Sales Manager in running the sales department.
Responsibilities:
1. Efficiently and professionally handling all sales enquiries
2. Analysing departmental profit daily and managing costs
3. Managing the sales team and sales processes
4. Controlling profit margins and stock pricing/presentation
5. Maximising vehicle and associated product sales and profitability
6. Collaborating with other departments for an excellent customer experience
7. Achieving KPI targets
8. Assisting the General Sales Manager in maintaining policies and procedures
9. Coaching and developing Sales Executives for success
10. Maintaining strong relationships with manufacturers and suppliers
11. Ensuring professional customer service by the sales team
12. Employing creative marketing strategies to boost new and used car sales
Requirements:
1. Experience as a Sales Manager/Business Manager within the motor trade
2. Good understanding of new and used vehicle sales
3. Experience managing a large, successful sales team
4. Strong sales generation abilities
5. Current UK Driving License

SALARY: Basic Salary £37k + Bonus - OTE Up To £57,000 + Car + Benefits
