Job Description
HR Document Consultant:
* Manage relationships with a large volume of clients
* Manage the documentation inbox, responding and actioning queries within the agreed SLA
* Attend 4 meetings per day, with different clients and industries
* Responsible for drafting client documentation
* Meet personal and department KPIs and SLAs
* Guide clients, provide advice, answer queries related to all employment law/HR queries
* Must be confident speaking to clients via phone, email and face to face on a daily basis
* Refer appropriate products and services to clients
The Successful Applicant
HR Document Consultant:
* Excellent customer service skills
* Able to manage relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels
* Able to manage a friendly, efficient and seamless service to clients
* Excellent written, documentation and reporting skills
* Able to support and pro-actively meet KPI's
* Knowledge of HR processes and legislation
* Remain professional in a fast-paced environment
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Comfortable selling products and generating new business
* HR graduate, CIPD, or equivalent work experience
