This is a great opportunity for an experienced football coach with strong leadership skills to manage the Manchester City Football School program within Perth, Australia.
This includes:
* Managing the successful delivery of weekly programs and school holiday programs at multiple City Football School (CFS) venues across Perth (initially 2 venues).
* Ensuring the highest quality of coaching delivery - at every CFS coaching session (relationship management of the venues, coaches, parents and players at each of the locations).

Your Impact
* Responsible for the day-to-day management of CFS in Perth, Australia.
* Working alongside the Senior Manager to oversee the program content, including planning, operations, registrations, logistics, delivery, quality control, reporting and evaluation.
* Oversee football delivery and quality assurance in line with City Football Group coaching, playing philosophy and methodology, and overall operations guidelines.
* Manage, train and develop all staff that are involved in the program, including FT, PT, and casual resource to ensure smooth and effective delivery of program.
* Coordinate with the relevant counterparts the administrative, marketing, and promotional elements of the programs.
* Work closely with other members of the Football Education operations team to ensure the program is delivered in line with knowledge sharing & best practice.
* Provide advice and support as required for relevant FE&R projects in Australia.
What we are looking for
* UEFA B License (Level 3).
* FA Youth coaching award or education in football development.
* Experience implementing and developing a football coaching syllabus.
* Understanding of player pathways and the development process of players.
* Experience working with players from varying backgrounds and cultures, as well as with a variety of ability levels.
* Experience in working with coaches on planning, preparation and reviewing of practical delivery.
* Ability to create a positive working environment.
* Ability to lead, communicate and develop relationships with coaches, players, parents, and key business stakeholders.
* Ability to manage and develop individual coaches within a team.
* Experience in developing players of varying ages and abilities, including reviewing and evaluating individuals.
* Proficient in preparing and recording of documents to support the coaching, reviewing the project, and presenting to others internally and externally.
* Experience working within Manchester City football coaching initiatives.
* Flexibility to travel if required to support other Australia projects.
* Experience coaching football in the UK.
