Key duties include: Provide operational human resource support to line managers and colleagues Maintain effective and compliant HR records Provide HR employment advice and guidance across the three jurisdictions serviced by the company (NI, ROI and GB) Contribute to the development, implementation and review of HR processes, policies and procedures in line with legislation and business need Manage the probation and performance management process Schedule and oversee roll out of training & monitor compliance. Support Apprentices & Graduates Support the roll out of internal communications and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have previous generalist experience in a HR department in a manufacturing environment,along with strong administration skills; practical experience of discipline and grievance process and good knowledge of up-to-date employment law is essential, as is the ability to work to tight deadlines in a busy environment. Third level qualification in a relevant subject area and ideally hold a CIPD qualification, you will have a flexible approach, professional attitude, and the maturity to handle confidential information.
