We are proud to be working alongside our client, a well-established national organization, in their search for a Transport Administrator to be based on site in Knottingley.
What does the role involve?
1. Carrying out all supportive administration functions within the Transport department and the planners on site.
2. Managing the in-house systems and databases.
3. Liaising and communicating with others within the Customers on the phone.
4. Managing and maintaining office files.
5. Ensuring high levels of customer service with our clients and maintaining a high level of performance at all times.
6. Ensuring that all jobs are documented correctly.
7. Assisting the department to ensure that from a documentation perspective, the department is compliant.
Your Experience
1. Experience within a Transport Department would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided.
2. Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties.
3. Strong IT experience (Excel and Word).
