community, staff and stakeholders have a positive experience. This role is varied and exciting, constantly seeking to enhance and
improve the services offered. Having outstanding communication skills and an ability to connect with people are key to the success
of this role.
As a Campus Experience Coordinator, a typical day might include:
* You will act as a central point of contact for the people of the community and all membership holders, ensuring that all
visitors to the Campus have an outstanding experience.
* You will advocate for Campus visitors, ensuring that all staff understand the importance of the customer experience.
* You will promote and coordinate events, initiatives and activities that enhance the community’s experience of the Campus.
* You will connect with the community, collating feedback to enhance the services delivered from Campus.
* You will have the opportunity to complete journey mapping, analysing the community and member experience and identifying ways
to improve this.
* You will engage with the feedback to provide both a proactive and reactive response to ensure visitor satisfaction.
* Leading on the onsite conferencing facilities ensuring that members receive an exceptional experience.
* You will work with the marketing team to promote the Campus to the local community, businesses and wider organisations.
* Working closely with the Campus team to generate new memberships and income streams, actively seeking new and innovative ways
to deliver out of the Campus.
* You will develop relationships and attending networking events with other partners and organisations to create a seamless and
positive experience.
