First stage virtual interviews will be held on 13th, 14th & 17th February Second stage face to face interviews will be held on 5th March What it's like to work here Reporting to the Regional Director, you'll take strategic ownership of our activities across Yorkshire. You’ll also be part of the regional management team, working together to bring our national strategy to life at the places we care for and working with partners and communities to bring our ambitions to reality across the North of England. As the role covers a wide geographical area, you'll regularly travel across Yorkshire and the broader region. This is a hybrid role working at our properties, regional hubs and from home with some national meetings in other parts of the UK. What you'll be doing First and foremost, you're an influential leader. You’ll support, coach and mentor an impactful team of General Managers, helping them to deliver their business plans, lead their teams, look after the places in their care, and collaborate with partner organisations and communities to make them more accessible and connected. With ideas for what Yorkshire can contribute to regional and national ambitions, you'll be in charge of operations across this diverse portfolio. As a senior leader in the region, you’ll also manage large projects, working with specialists from all areas of the Trust and other organisations. You'll lead for and champion specific areas of the Trusts new strategy as we develop the thinking and partnerships needed to achieve our ambitions, whether that be internally with other regional and central colleagues. Using your ability to build and develop positive relationships, you'll help shape and influence our approach nationally and regionally. You’ll also play a key role in seeking out and cultivating external partnerships to enable us to have as much impact as possible in the delivery of our strategy across Yorkshire and the wider region.
