Full time hrs on a temporary basis
Key responsibilities include:
1. Host drop-in sessions across Barnsley, requiring personal travel.
2. Engage proactively with the public.
3. Use IT software to check eligibility.
4. Provide advice on completing and submitting Pension Credit claims.
5. Complete Pension Credit forms.
6. Manage bookings for Benefit Advisors.
7. Support the team with Pension Credit initiatives.
