Aufgaben
1. Inputinto setting the Project Planning Policy
2. Provide adequateand timely contract planning information to the Project Management Team
3. Provideprogramme schedules as aids to controlling the Project.
4. Providinginformation on the progress and status of the Project to enable update of theschedule.
5. Providingdetailed schedules relating to subcontracts to eliminate project interfaceconflicts, and to ensure that all resources arrive on time and at the correctlocation.
6. Providinglabour Cost/resource profiles and schedules over the duration of the Projectbased on detail estimates and budgets and on forecasts to completion (IncludingKPI’s)
7. Forecastingpotential problem areas and proposing potential solutions such that the ProjectManager can initiate appropriate preventative and corrective action.
8. Assessmentof compensation events
9. ManageSupply chain programmes in line with the Works Information
Qualifikationen
10. Degree/HND/HNC in Construction / Engineering
11. Competence in appropriate software(e.g.) Primavera).
12. Knowledge of Safety Management.
13. Knowledge of Environmental Management.
14. Experienced in Risk management.
15. Experience of tendering.
