About us

The role

About you
You’ll have a minimum of 2 GCSEs at Grade 4 /C or above in mathematics and English language (or an equivalent Level 2 qualification). You’ll have existing knowledge of pensions, project management, and operational planning and delivery. You’ll be a proven leader, someone who can inspire a team and embed meaningful change.
