You will create and deliver IT systems learning content and training for all new IT Projects across the WWSL business and wider YTL Group and other training requirements as and when needed.
What you'll do
In this varied role, you will:
* create and deliver training materials to help with the successful delivery of IT Projects into Service for the business
* manage the team of IT trainers and administrators as and when appropriate
* deliver effective training to delegates so that they can demonstrate their understanding of and ability to use the system.
What you'll need
We are looking for:
* an experienced trainer, with a focus on IT systems
* good organisational skills and ability to quickly adapt to changing requirements
* good communication skills with the ability to work with people across all levels of the business and adapt approaches accordingly
* ability to travel independently across the region; a clean driving licence is preferred
* recognised training qualification (preferred not essential)
* proficient in Microsoft Office suite; Word, PowerPoint, Excel
* experience with MS SharePoint
* knowledge and experience of Articulate 360 and Camtasia preferred (or equivalent eLearning creation tool and video/screen capture and editing software).
