What will you be doing?
We are fully embracing the new office ways of working culture, so a mixture of both office (Lichfield) and home working is on offer in this hybrid role.
We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our Data and Analytics Team, partnering with our HR Leaders on all aspects of people data, workforce planning and insights. You’ll be working with our business areas to identify and predict future workforce needs.
In this exciting role, you’ll empower colleagues to make better decisions for customers and members, using data driven insight. You’ll keep up to date with developments in people and workforce analytics and provide insight to help make sure that the business remains up to date with people metrics, trends and external insights.
As a Data Analyst, you’ll build and deliver HR/People analytics capabilities and provide insights for the business to support organisation and people planning. You will take ownership of our colleague engagement survey, which includes design, analysis and insight sharing and will work closely with our HR/People team.
How will I know if I am right for this role?
Being able to present and talk about data and analysis to all levels of the business and explaining complex concepts of what the data is saying in an easily understandable way, is a must for this role. You’ll have strong communication and stakeholder management skills working across multi-functional teams to collaborate and deliver results.
We are looking for someone with a strong attention to detail with an analytical approach to problem solving and who has an appetite to stay up to date on the latest trends. You’ll have a strong background in SQL and will bring previous business experience of delivering insights and analytics solutions using Data Visualisation tools such as Excel and Power BI and open source data science tools (Python, R).
