With mentoring and study leave built into your schedule, you'll have the opportunity to pursue a higher qualification in a secondary area of interestwith up to £2000 financial contribution to the cost. Main duties of the job We're seeking a passionate and forward-thinking GP to join our innovative iGP scheme. By working in this integrated role, you'll be part of a collaborative environment that benefits both professionals and patients alike. This is a unique chance for newly qualified GPs to gain valuable research experience with guidance from senior clinicians and HDUHB research development and Tritech teams, while enjoying the flexibility to develop your skills in a protected, supported way. Your week will include four clinical sessions, two in research and innovation, and two non-clinical sessions dedicated to study leave, mentoring and educational sessions. As a substantive post, you'll also be eligible for the second half of the targeted incentive scheme payment if you are involved with this already.
