Key Responsibilities Of An Office Administrator: • Accurately input important data into the company system, such as invoices and project data. • Liaising with site managers and project managers on project data, costs and delivery invoices etc. • Handling incoming calls and emails, and dealing with queries from customers and clients alike, in a polite and professional manner. Key Requirements For An Office Administrator: • Previous experience in a construction administrative role • Exceptional teamwork ability in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to multitask with several different tasks at once. • Excellent organisational skills to keep data neat and easily accessible. • High proficiency in Microsoft 365 is essential • Great communication skills to liaise with colleagues and clients. • Strong attention to detail, and a drive for excellence.
