Description Warehouse Team Manager £31,000 – £42,625 (depending on your shift pattern) plus great benefits 39 hours per week, 5 days over 7 Different shift options available: Day shift (6am to 2pm), Back shift (2pm to 10pm) and Night shift (10pm to 6am) Coventry depot, CV6 4BX We’re looking to recruit additional warehouse team managers to join our existing team in our Coventry depot. It’s an exciting time to join us, Coventry is our national distribution centre right at the heart of Co-op’s logistics operation and serving all of our regional network and our stores. You’ll be responsible for motivating and inspiring a team of warehouse operatives, engaging, leading and coaching them to ensure that they deliver their work in a safe and secure manner, along with making sure that they adhere to working standards, policies and procedures.
