We are looking for a hands-on and strategic Finance Manager to provide comprehensive and effective financial management services and sound financial advice to our senior management team. Day-to-day of the role: Manage the daily operations of the finance department. Prepare monthly management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Oversee cash flow and statutory compliance. Handle year-end preparation and manage payroll processes. Liaise with the senior management team and board. Manage a team of two finance professionals. Required Skills & Qualifications: ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified, part-qualified or qualified by experience. Experience within the charitable sector is highly desirable. Proficient in management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Skilled in producing financial reports and working with senior management and board members.
