* This position is mobile joining the repairs team, you will be covering a variety of social housing domestic repairs properties in Oldham and North Manchester
Your new role
* You must be able to pass a DBS check
* Domestic plumbing works (maintenance & repairs)
* Working Mon- Fri (40 hours per week) on a full time, permanent basis
* Mobile role, overtime & call out are available but optional
What you'll need to succeed
* Experience in similar role, domestic / social housing properties
* Plumbing qualified (Level 2 minimum)
* Full UK driving license
* Commutable distance of Oldham / North Manchester
