Powtoon’s Enterprise practice is growing, and we are looking for a talented and experienced Account Executive to help us boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth.
You’ll join our team at our offices located in Aldwych in central London.
The Account Executive responsibilities include:
1. Researching organisations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
2. Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
3. Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
4. Developing quotes and proposals
5. Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
6. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
7. Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
8. Entering detailed information into our CRM platform, and ensuring information is up to date
9. Presenting our company to potential clients
10. Report to the Head of UK Operations (weekly, monthly, quarterly) basis prospecting and sales results
11. Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
12. Having a Customer Success First approach to all discussions, engagements, and support efforts
Requirements
13. 5+ years of experience in a similar role within the online B2B sector - MUST
14. Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls) -MUST
15. Track record of achieving sales quotas- MUST
16. Experience with CRM software - ( HubSpot, Salesforce)- MUST
17. Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and/or LeadIQ - MUST
18. Native English speaker- Must
19. Experience with Payment Systems an advantage ( Recurly, Stripe)
20. Experience with Support software an advantage ( Wix Answers, Zendesk ChurnZero)
21. Experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
22. Ability to analyze spreadsheets and charts very helpful
23. Understanding of sales performance metrics
24. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
25. Ability to deliver engaging presentations
26. Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant experience highly sought
27. Familiarity with the Powtoon visual communication platform a HUGE plus
