About the role:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Diversio, you are the first point of contact and serve a critical role in identifying executive and Human Resource professionals who are ready to advance Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion within their organization. SDRs take ownership of generating and nurturing inbound sales leads to support and build a robust pipeline for the Diversio sales team. Through emails, calls, and web conferencing you will demonstrate exceptional listening skills, a confident speaking ability, and a curiosity for how Diversio can partner with prospective clients. If you have a warm, welcoming, and solution-focused personality and enjoy connecting with stakeholders cross-functionally, you are made for our team.

What you will do:
* As the first point of contact with potential clients, you will work to swiftly connect with their needs and support them in understanding Diversio’s product.
* Actively scout and hunt for interesting leads via mail and phone.
* Outbound leads - you will work independently to grow the business and process the lead base.
* Inbound leads - you will qualify leads at the top of the funnel.
* Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to set up meetings promptly.
* Work to connect and start conversations with a range of international customers in EMEA, the US, Canada, and LATAM.
* Build a deep understanding and articulate competitive advantages in conversation and email communication with prospects by highlighting our key differentiators.
* Keep up-to-date and clean CRM records.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
You will likely have:
* Experience in a professional environment (preferably in software, Human Resources, or sales environment).
* A passion to grow in a startup environment and developing a sales career.
* Deep and ever-evolving understanding and knowledge of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
* Advanced Microsoft Office and experience with integrated CRM software (Outreach, Zoominfo, or Salesforce).
* Bilingual (preferably in French or Spanish).
