Arvato UK are seeking to hire a Quality Officer to join our Quality team. The role is to ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction after product delivery. The ideal candidate will monitor after-sales processes, handle customer feedback, and drive continuous improvement in service quality.
Your Tasks:
* Monitor after-delivery services to ensure compliance with quality standards.
* Investigate and resolve customer complaints and service issues received from our B2B and B2C customers via our portal, ticketing or email systems.
* Conduct audits and assessments on after-delivery operations.
* Work with customer service and technical teams to improve response times and service quality.
* Analyse customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
* Develop and implement corrective and preventive action plans.
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
* Train staff on best practices in warehouse quality management.
Your Profile:
* Ideally experience in a Quality Assurance background from a 3PL, Logistics or manufacturing field.
* The ability to prioritise complaints and manage a diverse workload.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
