Sales Executive
Location: Chessington
Salary: £22,250-£27,250 + Bonus Scheme - OTE £50,000
Type: Full time permanent
Working from the office for the first 6 months for training. After training, hybrid, working one week in the office, then 2 weeks working from home.
Hours: Monday to Friday - 9.00am - 6.00pm, Alternate Saturdays 9.00am - 4.30pm - paid extra.

Job Overview:
Exciting opportunity to work with an award-winning company! Our client is seeking a Sales Executive to join our busy Personal Lines Insurance team. This is a hybrid role with one week in every three working in our office.
You will be responsible for dealing with incoming new sales enquiries as well as existing renewal customers ensuring a high level of customer care and achieving maximum sales results. There will be ongoing training and many opportunities to learn and develop your skills.
Essentials:
1. Minimum 12 months Insurance experience.
2. Friendly, sales-oriented outlook.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Strong interpersonal skills.
5. Attention to detail and time management skills.
6. Ambitious, confident and self-motivated.
7. CII Qualification(s) is desirable for the role or have a willingness to work towards attaining this qualification.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handling inbound calls from new and existing customers looking for Motor & Home Insurance.
2. Identify customers' needs to provide appropriate optional extras to maximise sales opportunities.
3. Work within FCA rules.
4. Helping to resolve any customer queries and enquiries.
5. Liaising with Insurance companies when necessary.
